Candyland Travel

​

 2021 was a year of change with the development of our new travel club, Candyland Travel.  I began traveling in my youth as my father was a career marine and my family moved many times during his 28 years of service.   I settled in Tahlequah after attending Northeastern State University with an emphasis on Meetings and Destination Management.   I met the love of my life literally in church and  have been a Cherokee County resident ever since.  Once my children were in school, I began working at Bank of Cherokee County where I concentrated on marketing, community involvement and grew the banks travel club the Cherokee Friends to over one thousand clients. In the past 22 years, we have taken groups on over 200 trips both in the United States and internationally.  I am happy to say that 80% of our guests are repeat travelers

and that means a lot to me that they have confidence in the product I produce.
